Ingredients and Allergens
Milk proteins, powered milk, thickener: carrageenan and xanthan gum, maltodextrin, flavourings, powered low fat yogurt (1,3%) acid: citric acid, salt, blackcurrant flakes (blackcurrant (dry exact 50%), sucrose, starch) (0.4%), vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), sweetener: aspartame, beetroot juice powder.

Instructions
Add 25 grams of powder to 170 to 200 ml of cold water and stir until completely mixed.
Chill for a few minutes to allow rehydrating.
Consume quickly after rehydration
