Mixed Herb Omelette

Ingredients
Powered EGG white, and yoke (54.8%), Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithins), salt, fructo-oligosaccharides, mixed herbs (chives, tarragon, chervil) (1.4%), spice, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate.
Vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), maltodextrin
Allergens
Contains egg and milk.
May contain traces of Gluten, crustaceans, fish, soya, nuts, celery.
Instructions
Measure 120ml of cold water into a shaker or jug
Slowly add contents of one sachet and mix until dissolved.
Add spices, salt and pepper to taste. You can also add items from your vegetables allowance.
Pre heat a teaspoon of oil in a frying pan.
Put the mixture into the hot pan and fry for 20 to 30 seconds each side, season again if required.
For best taste, consume within 10 minutes.
