Vegetable Chilli

Ingredients
Soya proteins, red kidney bean (30%), flavourings and smoke flavourings (contains: wheat, barley), pea proteins, onion(5.5%), spices (paprika, chilli pepper, cumin, garlic), wheat fibre, powdered tomato (5%), salt, thickeners: guar and xanthan and carob bean gums, medium chain triglycerides, red pepper (0.7%), acid: citric acid, maltodextrin, powdered beetroot juice , vitamins(C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), antioxidant: extract of rosemary.
Allergens
Contains soya, gluten (wheat, barley). Manufactured on equipment that processes mustard, egg, sulphites, gluten and celery.
Sachet Instructions
Measure 170ml of cold water into a shaker or jug
Add contents of one sachet and mix
Microwave for 1 to 2 minutes depending on microwave settings
Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes
Store in a dry, cool place
Recipe Suggestion
20g diced unlimited vegetables of your choice
50g diced onions (limited)
Chilli powder to taste
Cauliflower rice
Season vegetables and oven bake at 200 degrees for 10 - 15 minutes
When vegetables are cooked, make the vegetable chilli sachet, following instructions above
Combine vegetables with chilli
Serve with cauliflower rice and enjoy
