Ingredients and Allergens
Soya proteins, milk proteins (emulsifier; lecithins), powered egg white and yolk, flavourings (contains: lactose, wheat), wheat flour, spices and herbs (onion, parsley, turmeric, pepper), tomato, vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), maltodextrin.
May contain traces of: crustaceans, fish, nuts, celery
Sachet Instructions
Add 25g of powder to 40ml of water
Form 2 - 3 desired shapes and place on a sheet of grease proof paper
Oven bake for 15 mins at (preheated) 200 degrees
Consume within an hour of rehydration
Recipe Suggestion
10g grated carrot
10g grated courgette
10g finely chopped spinach
Mixed salad leaves
1 tablespoon fat free natural yoghurt
10g grated cucumber
Pinch of dried mint
Combine grated carrots, courgettes and spinach and drain any excess water
Make sachet contents, following instructions above and combine with grated vegetables
Form 2 - 3 patties and place on a sheet of grease proof paper
Oven bake for 15 minutes at (preheated) 200 degrees
Make dip by combining yoghurt with cucumber and mint (season to taste)
Serve on a bed of mixed salad leaves with dip on the side
